2. Shipping Fee

A flat shipping fee of $20 per product is applied at checkout.
No free shipping is available on Minaal.

Shipping cost is charged directly on your PayPal invoice at the time of payment.


3. Processing & Dispatch Time

After your order is placed:

  • Once processed, the order is handed to the shipping carrier

  • You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the package ships

Orders cannot be edited or canceled after they enter the “Processing” stage.

Delivery time depends on:

  • Destination within the United States

  • Weather or transportation delays

We ship only within the United States at this time.

6. Delivery Issues (Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages)

Lost Packages

If a package is marked “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or mailroom

  2. Wait 24 hours for the carrier to complete final scans

  3. Contact us if the item is still missing

We will help open a claim with the carrier.

Stolen Packages

If a delivered package is stolen from your property, Minaal is not responsible. However, we will still assist in filing a carrier claim.

Delayed Packages

  • Mechanical delays

  • Incorrect address

We will support you in tracking and resolving the issue.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

If the order returns to us due to:

  • Missing apartment number

  • Invalid address

  • Refused delivery

…the customer must cover reshipping fees.


8. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (for some oversized items)

  • International locations

  • U.S. territories outside the mainland

  • APO/FPO military addresses (case-by-case)
