2. Shipping Fee
A flat shipping fee of $20 per product is applied at checkout.
No free shipping is available on Minaal.
Shipping cost is charged directly on your PayPal invoice at the time of payment.

Once processed, the order is handed to the shipping carrier
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the package ships
Orders cannot be edited or canceled after they enter the “Processing” stage.

Lost Packages
If a package is marked “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

Wait 24 hours for the carrier to complete final scans
Contact us if the item is still missing
We will help open a claim with the carrier.
Stolen Packages
If a delivered package is stolen from your property, Minaal is not responsible. However, we will still assist in filing a carrier claim.
Delayed Packages

Mechanical delays
Incorrect address
We will support you in tracking and resolving the issue.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
If the order returns to us due to:
Missing apartment number
Invalid address
Refused delivery
…the customer must cover reshipping fees.
